Returns Policy

Overview

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please return it to us and we’ll arrange for a replacement provided that meets the following conditions:

  1. If any product is found defected, damaged or wrongfully placed after opening the box, inform the PANAM CARE through either hotline: +880 1309 009958 or Facebook page – fb.com/panamcare wihtin the first 3 days of receiving the delivery along with a picture/ video proof.
  2. PANAM CARE support team upon consultation with the management will change/ replace the product or adjust the payment. The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the day the product has been received.
  3. If product is found to be used more than 10% of its Net Vol. return/ replace/ reimburse offer will no longer be eligible.
  4. The Return Policy will not be valid after 3 days of receiving the product or if the product does not suit you.
  5. Original Invoice, Product Packaging Box (where applicable) must be returned along with the product.

Return Process

  1. Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Sundarban Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge.
  2. If we find your claim is not valid regarding the product, then you have to accept the same Product and have to bear the return and resending expenses.
